As I promised I am taking days off for rest. Might even take two in a row this week. My body can use it. I am watching the Tour of California to see how the pros do it. I have just gotten a map for a 100 mile ride and a 62 mile ride thanks to a good friend. With the road marked it should be a good ride. Will try one later in the week.
