Th sun came out but the snow was piled high. Looks like I am done riding outside for a while. Had an easy ride indoors this morning. Felt great after the 100 miles of yesterday. Probably in the next few weeks I will take a Saturday and Sunday and put together two 100 mile days in a row to see how it feels.

- I am 64 years old and have been a visionary my whole life. I saw Frank Shorter win the Olympics in 1972, and I said I want to run a marathon. Since then I have run 50. I watched the Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii on TV and I said I want to do that. 3 years later I finished the Iron man in Hawaii. I was 45 at the time. I watched all of the Tour de France this year,2009,and I said I want to do that. Unable to compete in the Tour, I will do the same miles they do on the same days in July. Can I do it? The saying goes "Man can achieve what the mind can conceive".
