This was supposed to be a rest day. On rest days I do my core strength exercises. Did those today and I can see progress in strengthening my core. After I finished with the quad lifting, I got on the bike and spun for an easy hour. Since I went hard yesterday, I feel that it is better to spin easy than to take a full day off. Have to get use to riding everyday as I will do during the event.
