Got up early and got right on the bike. I had not done a Spinerval workout in over a week so I was anxious to do one. Did a 2 hour workout that was intense throughout the whole time. Really worked hard and it felt good. Kept my heart rate up in zone 4 a good portion of the time. I noticed that when I rode outside into the wind and up small inclines that my heart rose quickly. I need to get in better shape in my upper heart rate range.
Crunches: 350
Push Ups: 50
Total Distance: 40 miles
Total Time: 2 hours and 30 minutes
