Good Workout

February 16, 2010,

Did my first Spinerval workout in several days. Felt good to work hard and get my heart rate up there. It was only for an hour and 45 minutes but it was all in zone 3 and constant push with little rest.

Crunches: 300
Push Ups: 150

Total Distance: 40 miles
Total Time: 2 hours and 30 minutes
